Motivational Identities and Youth Audiences

This interactive workshop explores five motivational identities that drive cultural engagement: Explorer (personal curiosity), Experience Seeker (desire to experience places), Facilitator (motivated by others’ needs), Recharger (seeking restoration), and Professional/Hobbyist (specific interest goals). After a review of the Motivational Identities Framework, we will work together in small groups to apply this frame to Youth Audiences and develop nuanced approaches to developing experiences and messaging.
