Tom Straube studied Business Administration at the HTW Dresden and Culture & Management at the HSZG in Görlitz and the Academy of Culture in Riga. His Master’s thesis on Audience Development was completed in cooperation with the Visitor Research department at the Jewish Museum Berlin. Since November 2018, Tom has been working in the JMB’s department for Visitor Experience and Research specializing in visitor management and, since 2024, in visitor research. Currently he is responsible for the conception, implementation and evaluation of studies looking at visitor structure, educational programs and audience interaction for exhibitions, in both the planning and execution stages.
