Katja Stark

As head of NORDMETALL Foundation’s art programme, Katja has been responsible for collaboratively developed programmes like “Relevant Museum” and “REIHE_15”. These are two supportive networks for cultural innovators who are working to redefine the relationship between their institutions and their audiences. Prior to this, she worked as a freelance cultural manager and designed exhibitions and coordinated museum networks. In 2005, Katja initiated a charity that specialized in participatory exhibitions for young visitors, where she started to develop a good understanding of audience-focused strategies.
