Andy Simanowitz started working for the Jewish Museum Berlin as a freelance guide in 2013. Since 2017 he has been part of the conceptual team in the education department of the Museum. In this position, he is responsible for program development and guide training for the core exhibition and temporary exhibitions. In the last years, he has set up a cooperation between the museum and the department of Jewish Studies at the University Potsdam. As part of this he teaches courses on education at the museum and gets students involved in various aspects of the museum’s work.
