Rachel Moss

Rachel Moss is a Freelance Arts Educator and Evaluator who previously set up the Young People’s Programme at the National Portrait Gallery, London. Rachel’s work supports under-represented young people on their progression routes into working in the museum sector by setting up traineeships, evaluating careers programmes, and offering mentoring. She is currently evaluating the Young New Contemporaries programme for Year 13 art students, the Foundling Museum’s care experienced Tracing Our Tales traineeships, and Tate’s internal mentoring programme. In addition, she is carrying out research on work experience, work placements and inclusive pathways for the Group for Education in Museums (GEM).
