Joanna Mandalian is a theater facilitator specializing in participatory methods, interdisciplinary collaboration, and social justice. She has worked with GRIPS Theater, Theater Strahl, and Gesicht Zeigen! e.V., as well as in freelance projects. Her workshops connect diverse groups, including young people, adults, and educators, fostering exchange across experiences and languages. Currently pursuing a master’s in Cultural Management at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, Joanna is exploring ways to develop equitable structures within cultural and educational contexts.
