She also studied cultural studies with a focus on cultural management at the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) and is a certified systemic-agile coach and scrum master. Franziska knows the Berlin music, cultural and educational landscape from multiple perspectives: As a musician, as an event organiser through her years of managing event work and concert organisation for the cultural & meeting places Mainzelmenschen e.V. and Fincan, which she co-founded, as well as in the conception and implementation of various cultural education projects. In addition to her great affinity for music, her heart beats for initiating and supporting organisational development and change processes towards more equal opportunities, inclusion and diversity. Most recently, she was in charge of central diversity management at district level in the Berlin Office for Further Education and Culture.
