Emilie Guérin

Currently Head of Education & Community at Sasha Waltz & Guests, Emilie Guérin develops programs that support young artists, engage with Berlin’s dance scene, and promote cross-generational and intercultural exchange. Her work includes leading the Kinder- und Jugendtanzcompany, designing educational opportunities for professionals and amateurs, and developing open formats for interdisciplinary artistic exploration. She is committed to fostering collaboration, strengthening networks, and building a diverse cultural community. Since 2024, she has been involved in developing the participatory project Move Your Kiez in Spandau which aims to establish a sustainable dance program for young people in partnership with local actors, The project is funded by the Berlin Senate as part of the Jugendkulturinitiative.”
