Yaël Filipovic

Since 2022, Yaël Filipovic is the Director of Education & Engagement at the Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal. She works passionately to create programs that inspires risk taking, experimentation and new ways of thinking. From 2015–21 she led the development of public programs at the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia. Originally from Canada, she has also developed programs for the 2014 Quebec City Biennial, the Canadian Centre for Architecture, Walter Phillips Gallery of the Banff Centre and the Foreman Art Gallery of Bishop’s University. In 2016, she was part of the inaugural Tate Intensive: Making Tomorrow’s Art Museum and has contributed to numerous publications and research groups.
