Andreas Roaldsnes

Andreas Roaldsnes is a researcher at the University of Bergen and advisor for the City Manager for Business, Culture and Sports at the City of Bergen. His research interests include cultural exposure in childhood, especially differences according to family background. Roaldsnes is the project manager of a longitudinal panel called the Families with Children panel (Barnefamiliepanelet) which gathers data on children’s participation in culture, leisure and sports, as well as data on the parents of the children. The panel is due to collect its fifth wave in May 2025.
