Rikke Glomnes Komissar (b. 1972) is the Director of Education, Public Programs, and Visitor Experience at the at the National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design in Oslo, Norway. With over 25 years of experience in the Norwegian art scene, she has held roles as both a director and curator at various institutions. Komissar holds an Executive Master of Management and a Cand. Mag. degree from the University of Oslo. She has also served on the boards of the Norwegian Arts Council and the Jewish Museum in Oslo. In her early career, she worked with children and youth, and she has a deep passion for this group as an audience.
