Joe Rattray is a Young Trustee and Youth Panel member at Kids in Museums. In these roles he champions accessibility and the voices of young adults in the heritage sector across board meetings and projects. He is a heritage engagement professional with a focus on alternative forms of engagement and a passion for accessibility through his lived experience as a neurodivergent person. Starting on Tall Ship Glenlee, Glasgow, he used roleplaying games to create powerful immersive experiences. Joe works as a Creative Engagement Assistant for Capital Theatres in Edinburgh, designing and facilitating a wide range of engagement activities with a focus on inclusion.
