Laura Meinhardt is a cultural manager, systemic counsellor and mediator. Her work centres on the participation of diverse social groups in art and culture. She studied philosophy, art and cultural management in Hildesheim and Weimar. From 2018, she dedicated herself to participatory museum development as part of the Bauhaus Agents programme of the German Federal Cultural Foundation. Until the end of 2022, she realised pilot projects for outreach in digital and rural areas as an education officer for the Kultur:Labor Thüringen at the Klassik Stiftung Weimar. She is a trained systemic consultant and process facilitator and is currently designing the support programme in the Aller.Land funding programme for culture and participation in villages and small towns. Her vision is open and sustainable cultural institutions that do justice to a diverse and democratic society.
