Rachel Brodie is a Young Trustee and Youth Panel member at Kids in Museums. These roles allow her to amplify the voices of young people and represent their perspectives. Rachel is a dedicated educator and trained to be a teacher at Edge Hill University. During her BA she taught English as a foreign language online to children and adults based in China. Rachel’s career in heritage education started at Wordsworth Grasmere, where she worked as an Education Trainee, developing and delivering school workshops, family activities. Following her traineeship, Rachel joined Cumbria’s Museum of Military Life as a Learning and Events Assistant where she now coordinates the Museum’s Youth Panel.
